Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval

The customer service is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Jeremie at the front desk is knowledgeable, professional, and was so kind. Our room happened to have a Jacuzzi tub as well, which was a pleasant surprise. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a good experience overall. Room & Cleanliness: My room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has been recently renovated with a fresh, modern look, which gives a nice first impression. Check-In: No issues at all, I was checked in by George, who was very helpful. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but honestly, the process seemed straightforward. Problems likely only happen if something needs extra verification. Parking: The lot was full at night, but I still managed to find a space, and my car felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options. It was a great way to start the day and definitely worth it. Room Condition: The only downside is that the rooms are a bit outdated compared to the fresh lobby. In particular, the shower could use some attention, as the water pressure was weak and felt more like a drip. Overall, a solid stay with clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly service, and safe parking. A little refresh of the guest rooms would make this hotel even better.

I think this was a perfect tournament hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff that understand how to navigate large groups. Check in was 2 mins. Large rooms, free breakfast and pool. Super large parking lot. Not sure how the lot can be full. Perhaps folks didnt see the extra lot on the other side of the building. The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean. Beds comfortable. Water pressure not strong. Many food choices for large groups within walking. Kabob place across the street was amazing. It was also the best price we found in the neighbourhood.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel on September 4. My hotel choice was recommended by a colleague, who had previously stayed, and had the pleasure of meeting Jeremie. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming, polite and professional. My check-in was seamless. The room was spotless, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, which made my stay cozy and my sleep restful. Breakfast was fresh and offered a variety of choices. I will return and recommend to my family and friends. I stayed Sept 9-11 with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of options for breakfast and housekeeping was lovely. Paolo at the front desk was very welcoming, very helpful and overall made our stay even that much more pleasant.

Me and my colleagues stayed at the Hampton inn Laval and the establishment was well set up. We were particularly blown away by staff and by Paolo in particular. Treated us with the upmost respect. He recommended great restaurants and always checked up on us when we would walk in and out of the place. We have spoken to our bosses to always make sure we do buisness with Hampton just to see him again. 10/10

More than just a place to sleep. My three-night stay was an absolute dream. From the thoughtful touches to the serene atmosphere, this hotel provided a perfect sanctuary. I left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of my return. Highly, highly recommend
